Q:What type of machinery do you sell at Lorusso Heavy Equipment?

Q: What is the availability of parts?

A: Liebherr parts are stored in a high volume in our Walpole, MA facility. Also at the Liebherr North America corporate office and warehouse in Newport News, VA over 95% of all parts used daily in the USA are stocked. If need be there is a plane every night from Europe to Newport News, VA just for parts.

Q: What is the engine in Liebherr machinery?

A: All engines are made by Liebherr specifically for each machine. 97% of every machine. The engines are made from Liebherr steel structure. Liebherr only makes three engines  Liebherr produces is made up of Liebherr components, pumps, wiring, drive lines and engines of course. forJust about everything but the tires!

 Q: How is the Liebherr wheel loaders on fuel?

              A: Liebherr wheel loaders are 25-45% better than any comparable sized machine. This is done  through  not   having a torque converter and using a HYDROSTATIC drive system. No machine in the world can compete with this level of fuel efficiency.

Q: What is Lorusso Heavy Equipment commitment to servicing the customer?

A: LHE has five Liebherr certified trained technicians and three service trucks. Our ratio of trained mechanics to pieces of equipment is the best in MA, RI and CT. Prodcuts

Q: What if the machine can't be fixed on site?

A: We have a 65,000 square foot warehouse that is dedicated to the LHE daily operation. If for some reason the machine can't be fixed on site, we will be able to at the LHE Walpole warehouse.

Q: What do you carry in stock?

A: Currently we carry a wide array of Liebherr wheel loaders, wheeled excavators, track-crawler excavators and Liebherr bulldozers in stock.

Q: What if the machine I want isn't in stock currently?

A: LHE will do everything to assist in getting you the machine you need for your operation quickly. At the very least we be back with a prompt truthful response.

Q: Can I rent a machine for an upcoming project?

A: Absolutely and it is a first come first serve basis. This is also a great way to get to know and understand the equipment.

A: Short answer is nothing. Just 20 minutes of your time and we can figure out exactly what your needs are as a company.
